Keys to Fulfilling Prophecy

Thursday, October 04, 2007

We are entering into exciting times in the Kingdom of God. These are times of prophetic fulfillment that we’ve never known before. Yet I imagine each of us have several personal prophecies we have yet to see fulfilled. I believe God has given me several keys that will position us to see these prophecies begin to be fulfilled this year. We must lay down our burdens, be open-minded about the prophecies, align our spirit first with God’s promise, and then align our soul with the personal prophecy. Let’s take a closer look at each of these points. Keep Reading »

Discerning the Signs of the Times… Prophetically

Thursday, September 27, 2007

As things change rapidly in the world and upheaval is occurring in various areas, many believers are wondering how to interpret the times. In some camps Christians are packing their bags and moving to “cities of refuge” or looking for the Lord to “rapture” them off planet earth. Yet other ministries are birthing new vision and embarking on ambitious building projects. Keep Reading »

A Prophetic Dream Come True?

Monday, September 10, 2007

I was standing beside a very large and handsome young man who was obviously the angel of the Lord. He was very gracious in his demeanor, yet his posture was as one who stood ready for battle at all times. When he first greeted me he said, “You are invited to stand before the Great Assembly.”

A Prophetic DreamThat was the beginning of a dream I will never forget. After hearing his words, I was instantly transported in the spirit to another place. I could sense that I had entered a realm that was separate in time, yet parallel to the dimension of the present. I was outside the confines of man’s habitation. I was in the spirit. Keep Reading »

Do You Speak Holy Ghost?

Tuesday, September 04, 2007

Are you using all the weapons in your spiritual arsenal? Many are adept at wielding the sword of the Spirit and pleading the blood of Jesus against principalities and powers. Others do spiritual warfare through walking in obedience and love. Still others dispatch ministering angels, worship or prophesy against the enemy, declaring his ultimate doom.

But Scripture teaches of another weapon that Spirit-filled believers can include in our artillery as we press in to do damage to enemy forces in the hostile clash between the kingdom of darkness and the Kingdom of Light: praying in tongues. Keep Reading »

Are You an Apostolic Entrepreneur?

Thursday, August 09, 2007

As the marketplace ministry movement gains momentum in the Body of Christ, a new buzzword is emerging to describe business owners who are sent out into Corporate America with the Gospel message: apostolic entrepreneur.

It’s not a new notion. Jesus was a carpenter. Paul was a tentmaker. Peter was a fisherman. Indeed, apostolic people are people of vision and taking dominion in the marketplace for the glory of God is one manifestation of that vision. However, there is a lurking danger of which apostolic entrepreneurs must beware. It’s called entanglement. Keep Reading »

The Rejected Prophet

Tuesday, August 07, 2007

If you’ve walked in the prophetic anointing any length of time, you’ve probably felt the pain of Ahithophel. Dealing with that pain is part of the making process and how you respond to it could mean the difference between prophetic life and death. That pain is called rejection. As you read Ahithophel’s sad story, consider how you handle yourself when someone rejects your prophetic insights. Keep Reading »
